Deborah Cardiff
Deborah Cardiff is a founding partner of CT Consulting focusing on leadership, energetic team dynamics and change management through personal and professional growth.

Her many professional achievements include owning and operating a business in the health and beauty industry, newspaper advertising sales, marketing manager for a small Toronto publishing firm as well as a highly successful career in Real Estate Sales.
Deborah has a BA in Philosophy, Religion and Culture and Women’s Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University and was honoured with the prestigious gold medal award for academic excellence. She also has a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies in Pastoral Counselling in conjunction with a practicum in Marriage and Family Therapy at Interfaith Pastoral Counselling Centre in Kitchener.
Working as a pyschotherapist in a mental health agency and developing a private practice in a counselling centre, Deborah focused her work in the areas of self-esteem, empowerment and self-mastery and systems theory.
In addition to her academic training, Deborah has been a student of the work of Virginia Satir (a pioneer in the field of family systems), a Forum graduate studying under the tutelage of esteemed teachers Mark Victor Hansen, Jack Canfield, Lee Poulas, Bob Proctor, and Leland Val Van Dewall.
Early in her life, Deborah became aware of the connectedness of all things human and natural. She has a passion for the people in her world and for the survival and wellness of the planet. Deborah laughs easily, delights in gardening and reading on a vast array of topics. She spends her alone time at her silent haven near Lake Huron.
Deborah’s passion for people and her innate sense of the power to create change fuels her commitment to the individuals and organizations she works with.
