Gloria Taylor and Deborah Cardiff together have many years of experience working with groups and individuals facilitating transformational change. We collaborate with organizations to create a process streamlined to the needs of each group. Understanding that much knowledge and insight lie hidden within each of us, we demonstrate coping strategies, model communication styles and engage the group in our unique process of change.

We meet with key players and interview everyone integral to the process and then develop a program designed specifically for your organization. Our approach is tailored to suit the needs of each client.

We submit a written proposal outlining our assessment and our plan to bring about the desired change. We are catalysts for the change your organization requires. The deep level of change that occurs in group members is a process that is owned by the group.

We are committed to helping our clients maintain their newly adapted state. There is follow up included in our training process. In this way clients are assisted in anchoring their new levels of awareness, competencies and commitment.

First order change is change that occurs within a given system. The system itself remains unchanged.

Second order change is systemic change.

To appreciate the complexity of change we need to look outside the linear model (cause/effect). The change process does not depend on a single variable. Change happens in systems.
